Join our sourdough pizza class to develop your culinary skills and discover the joy of creating beautiful, healthy, and delicious sourdough pizza. In class you will make your own pizza from start to finish and take home the supplies needed to make more at home.

The class includes supplies which you will take home to be able to make more pizza:
1 jar of starter
1 uncooked pizza dough
proofing container
scraper
Class will be held starting at 6:30pm at the farm - 275 Old Town Rd, Three Forks
Class lasts ~ 2 hours. You will make your own pizza during the class. We will supply our standard options for toppings and sauces, but feel free to bring any you would like to try as well!
Note that we hold this class in our second floor bakery. It is located up two sets of stairs, so if you have mobility challenges this may not be the class for you.
Cancellation Policy - all cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of class to allow for re-booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days will not result in a refund.

In this beginner’s class, you will learn the skills needed to make your own kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented health drink. It is easy to make with ingredients you already have. Get over the learning curve and become a master of your own SCOBY.
You will receive a recipe, instruction on how to make your own kombucha, and a jar with a SCOBY starter.
Class is held outside at the farm on June 29 and is subject to weather.
